I am not sure what this map is supposed to be. It looks like the old railway map with a new suburban line going to the airport. Maybe I am missing something but all I see is the Suburban Railway. Anyway the important thing is that there is a train of some sort going from the airport to the center of Athens. My friend at the metro says it will be going to the same stations as the metro line and end up in Monastiraki so I suppose that means there has been a change in plans since they made this map. But don't worry. You can always take a taxi. I think what the train from the airport actually does can be understood by going to the metromap and making an imaginary line from Doukissis Plakentias to somewhere off the map. The stations that it will go to are those on line 3.
