During the winter of 2006/2007 the Louis Creta Princess Hotel underwent an extensive renovation of the entire pool area, which resulted in changing the whole image of the hotel giving it a more tropical look. The project included the construction of three new freshwater, lagoon shaped swimming pools, 2 new pool bars and a pool side restaurant.

As a result parents can sit back and relax while their children enjoy an adventurous and memorable holiday. Upon arrival a yearly membership card is issued automatically for each child and is used for correspondence to update young club members on all recent activities and developments. Children signing up with the SANTELINO CLUB receive a number of gifts such as free ice creams, T-shirts and caps with the club logo etc. Finally, special incentive schemes are offered to the young, loyal guests.

At the resort’s reception a selection of board games are available for children (7-12 years) and for the whole family, a babysitter is available on request and at a charge, the hotel's external pediatrician is on call, and baby pushchairs can be also provided.

There are 3 meeting rooms that can host, seminars, meetings, cocktail receptions and accommodate up to 150 delegates, theatre style. All meeting rooms of the Louis Creta Princess Hotel are equipped with the latest audio-visual equipment and are supported by professional technical assistance.
