Maryellen Villa is located on the north-eastern side of the picturesque fisherman village of Pollonia, right above the sea, only 50 metres from the beach and 100 metres from the village where one can find many fish-taverns, bakery shop and a mini-market, as well as the bus stop. Adamas harbour is 9 km away while the distance to the Airport is approximately 10 km.

The complex consists of 10 spacious rooms and 1 apartment, all of which have air-conditioning, television, refrigerator, kettle, WC-shower, Wi-FI Internet and balcony or veranda with sea view. The apartment additionally has 2 rooms and a fully equipped kitchen.

Cleaning service is provided daily while laundry service and breakfast are available upon request. Safe box is available for valuables and jewellery, while the complex also offers spacious parking.
