WINDMILL OF ANASTASIA

The Windmill of Anastasia is a detached windmill house with adjacent independent guest room, situated in a plot of land of 1000 m² surrounded by gardens and terraces, offering limitless panoramic view of the surrounding landscape and traditional villages, the sea and the islands beyond. It is located in a very peaceful and quiet area in the midst of the traditional villages of Milos island, at the top of a hill just above Tripiti Village, approximately 5 km from the port of Adamas and 3 km from the nearest beach.

This windmill, refurbished into a house, was built in 1860 and is furnished with the old style island furniture and decorative items reminiscent of past ages. It is built in three levels which are connected with an interior stone staircase and can accommodate up to 5 persons. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a sitting area. On the first floor there is one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom and on the second floor there is one more bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a TV.

The guest room, which used to be the "wheat grinder's" cottage, is an independent small building at a distance of 20 meters from the windmill that can accommodate 2 persons. The guest room is consisted of a bedroom with a double bed, a small bathroom, a small kitchenette with coffee machine and minimal utensils adequate for breakfast, its own terrace offering a magnificent view and a barbecue. The guest room is also air-conditioned and equipped with a TV.

The guest room is adjacent to the windmill house, but independent. It can be rented independently or together with the windmill house, as a single large house that can comfortably accommodate 7 persons. Access between the guest room and the windmill house is through a garden path that links the guest room terrace to the windmill house terrace.

There is Wi-Fi internet access throughout the premises and parking space available directly in front of the main entrance.
