Santorini's Balcony Art Houses are nestled on the famous Caldera in Imerovigli, only 2 km away from Santorini's main town, Fira. This charming complex, built on the top of the Caldera, was completely renewed and decorated during 2011, offering views of the volcanic scenery and the edge of the cliff.

"Santorini's Balcony" consists of 15 fully furnished, traditional Art Houses of the following types:

Classic 'Art Houses' (accommodate up to 3 persons):
'Art Houses': on ground floor, in blue or vanilla colors, decorated with unique handmade furnishings in traditional style, separate bedroom and living room, private balcony with Caldera and sunset view.

Family 'Art Houses' (accommodate up to 5 persons):
'Art Houses ': one or two bedrooms, with traditional creations of local architects, private balcony with Caldera and sunset view.

Honeymoon 'Art Houses'
'Art Houses': on the first floor, with the impressive view of the Caldera and sunset from the balcony and the matrimonial bed which compose idyllic conditions and romantic atmosphere for couples and honeymooners.

360° view 'Art Houses' (accommodate up to 3 persons)
Art Houses settled in a unique location with 360° sunrise and sunset view, separate bedroom and living room with unique artistic style combining traditional and modern creations, large private balcony with sunbeds.

Superior 'Art Houses' (accommodate up to 4 persons)
Art Houses on the top level, with larger rooms and extra room facilities, separate bedroom and living room, unique architectural and traditional design combined with modern style, large private balcony with breathtaking Caldera and sunset view from a privileged location.

Each one of the units at Santorini's Balcony Art Houses has been decorated in modern style by local designers, always in respect to the local Cycladic tradition. All houses have exclusive entrance and private balcony with a panoramic Caldera view for enjoying the famous and majestic Santorini sunsets. All rooms are equipped with Air-conditioning, hand-made furnishings, Satellite flat TV, direct dial telephone system, kitchenette, hairdryer and deposit safe box.
