ESPERAS HOUSES

Esperas Houses is a traditional style complex of cave houses and studios located in Oia village on Santorini, overlooking the Caldera with its amazing sea view, and 15 km from Santorini's main town, Fira. Oia is one of the most picturesque of all Cycladic village’s and is perched on the edge of a dramatic cliff with beautiful sunsets over the Aegean Sea.

Each of the Esperas Houses has an individual style relating to its unique size, color and decoration with selected antiques, and each house has a veranda or balcony overlooking the sea with its fabulous Santorini sunsets.

All units at Esperas Houses include Air-conditioning, Satellite TV, DVD/ CD/ MP3 player, Wi-Fi internet access, direct dial phone, safe boxes music, hair dryer, fully equipped kitchenette, Coco-mat mattresses made of natural materials such as sea grass, horse hair and coconut, Apivita bathroom amenities

Accommodation is comprised of:

5 Studios: Open plan bedroom with double bed, dinning area, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, private veranda with Caldera view.

3 Standard houses: Open-plan or loft type bedroom, sitting & dinning room, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, private veranda with Caldera view.

4 Esperas houses: Either separate bedroom, or open loft bedroom, sitting & dinning room, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, private veranda with Caldera view.

2 Junior Suites: Two bedrooms (one separate double bedroom, second bedroom twin open plan or loft double bedroom), sitting & dinning room, kitchenette, two bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi bathtub), private veranda with Caldera view.

1 Superior Suite: Two separate bedrooms (one double & one twin bedroom), sitting & dinning room, kitchenette, two bathrooms (one with hydro-massage jet shower), two private verandas with Caldera view.

1 Honeymoon Suite: One bedroom with queen-size bed, separate sitting & dining area, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, private veranda with an outdoor Jacuzzi and Caldera view.

1 Esperas Suite: Two bedrooms (one queen-size bed and one double bed), sitting area & dining area, kitchenette, two bathrooms, gym area (treadmill and stationary bicycle, barbells and yoga mats), private veranda with an outdoor Jacuzzi and Caldera view.

Hotel facilities include reception (8 am - 11 pm) with concierge service, outdoor swimming pool with a Santorinian cave-like poolside bar and a view of a windmill on the crest of the caldera, lounge area with sun beds (pool towels provided), Esperas restaurant serving Mediterranean and local dishes (1 pm - 11 pm), free wireless Internet access throughout the hotel, laundry and twice a day maid service.
