SELANA HOUSE

The Selana House is a traditional Sifnian house located in Chrysopigi, very tranquil location, 150 m. from a pebble beach and 300 m. from sandy beach, it offers a magnificent panoramic sea view and view of the famous Chrysopigi monastery. On a private lot of land of 1000 sq. meters is the main house and adjacent to it, but separate and independent from it, is a guest studio. The nearest bus stop is at 900 meters, and there are two tavernas within 300 meters. Because buses do not reach this idyllic location it should be noted that it is accessible only by car or scooter, taxis, etc. Small pets are welcome.

The main house is nicely furnished and decorated and it is consisted of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen. It is surrounded by gardens and large verandas with panoramic views. The master bedroom has a double bed and its own private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. There is a large living room with a sofa bed, suitable only for a child, a fire place, a TV, a CD player, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. The house is air-conditioned and is also equipped with central heating amenities, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. There is private parking space.

The guest studio is also equipped with A/C and it is consisted of one bedroom (with two single beds), a kitchen corner, a bathroom, and it has its own private terrace with panoramic sea view. The guest studio is adjacent to the main house, however, access to the studio is completely independent (separate entrance, and at a lower ground level than the main house). It can be rented independently of the main house or together with the main house, as an extended single large house. The access between the guest studio and the main house is only through an exterior staircase that links the studio terrace to the main house terrace.

The main house and the guest studio together can accomodate up to 8 persons.
