VERINA TERRA

The Verina Terra was built in 2004. Located in Platys Yialos, 50 m. from the beach, surrounded by olive groves and nice gardens. It is a lovely complex comprising of 4 separate buildings giving the impression of small villas. They have been built to superior standards, according to the long-established architecture of Sifnos with a charming interior décor that has made this one of the finer quality accommodation facilities on the island.

Amenities also include outdoor breakfast lounge and a snack bar by the swimming pool. Free Wi-Fi Internet accessible from the pool bar area. Small Pets are welcome.

There are 4 standard rooms, 1 superior room, 4 apartments, 1 superior apartment, 1 apartment family and 4 maisonette apartments. All units have air-conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, CD player, safe box, hairdryer, mini fridge, coffee machine and Apivita bathroom amenities.

The standard rooms (4 units) are on the top floor and they have one double bed, some of them also an additional sofa bed, large verandas with view of the surrounding olive groves and a few also have limited sea view.

The superior room (1 unit) is on the top floor, a very spacious and elegant room comprised of a bedroom and a living room corner with a sofa. It is surrounded by large verandas with view of the surrounding olive groves and gardens and with a limited sea view.

The apartments (5 units) are on the ground floor and they have one bedroom with one double bed, a living room area with 2 sofa beds and a veranda with view of the surrounding olive groves.

The superior apartment (1 unit) is on the ground floor and it is comprised of one separate bedroom, a living room with 2 sofa beds and a dining area. It is has spacious verandas all around with view of the surrounding olive groves and garden.

Each maisonette (4 units) apartment is composed of two bedrooms (one in each floor), a living room area, two bathrooms (one in each floor), a veranda on the ground floor and a veranda on the top floor, some of them with a limited sea view.

The newest addition to the Verina complex is the apartment family (1 unit) that can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 child. This is a fully equipped ground floor apartment (90 m2) with private garden and entrance, independent from the hotel area. The apartment consists of one double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds and one more single bed suitable only for a child (up to 12 years old), one bathroom with shower, a dressing room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a built-in sofa, an office desk and a bathroom with bathroom amenities.

Breakfast and meals served in the restaurant area or in the privacy of the room.
