The Villa Olivia Clara is located in Platy Yialos area, one of the finest and sought after locations in Sifnos and at a slightly elevated location overlooking the bay and the Aegean blue.

It is conveniently placed nearby the hot spots of the area and provides visitors with a range of options for sea swimming, night time entertainment, dining and shopping, as it is in walking distance from Platy Yialos center and its long sandy beach. With very few neighbors close by, the villa offers maximum privacy, allowing guests to enjoy the tranquil Cycladic ambiance of the house and the astonishing open sea views that its elevated position offers.

The interior of the villa is decorated with stylish modern furniture and appliances and plays with the white elements, wood and rock, thus creating a pleasant, cozy and relaxing atmosphere.

Outdoors, the property features spacious areas in the front side, a private pool with automatic safety system (pool cover), pergolas, umbrellas, sunbeds, a WC with shower and a large Mediterranean garden, and offers great space for fine dining and several cozy sitting areas with astonishing Cycladic views.

The residence comprises one main building and a guest house and accommodates a total of 8 guests.

Lower Ground floor: Play room, study area, laundry room, W.C. and a sofa bed where a staff member may be accommodated.

Guest House: Features 2 guest rooms, one with a double bed, A/C, and the other with 2 single beds, ceiling fan, A/C, a seperate bethroom and a W.C.

Outdoor: Large swimming pool (with children safety cover), sunbeds, dining areas, a pool shower and a W.C.
