Gopa are an inexpensive meaty fish, delicious fried or grilled. That'a a smyrna or a moray eel next to it, also good fried but it has a lot of bones. They are sort of a bi-catch. Few fishermen go after smyrna. But that's a lot of protein for 4 euros a kilo.
