So who is this guy? None other than Paul Hellander the famous travel writer and star of many a Lonely Planet Guide. Paul and I met up for the first time after exchanging e-mails for the last 5 or so years. We had lunch at Byzantino and then met up that night at Ouzerie Evi and Platia Iroon, each of us trying to prove that he was the hardest working (drinking) travel writer in Europe. People think I know a lot about Greece but compared to Paul I am just a dabbler in the art. He speaks fluent Greek too.
